Lincoln was admitted to Bar in 1999. He has focused on nursing home neglect cases, developing particular expertise in federal and state laws and regulations governing patient care in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living homes. He enjoys solving the “corporate shell game” which many nursing home chains use to shield the corporate parent from responsibility for patient neglect. Lincoln has also done extensive appellate work, writing briefs for and arguing before the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He handles car accidents and other personal injury cases. He also has experience drafting Wills, Living Wills, and Healthcare Powers of Attorney.
