H. Micheal Wright, Esq. and his son Lincoln M. Wright, Esq. bring a combined 75 years of experience in personal injury cases, helping thousands of clients achieve justice in holding those accountable for their injuries.
With 50 years in practice, Micheal Wright, an Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation Specialist certified by the Arizona State Bar, is widely recognized in the legal community for pioneering nursing home abuse cases starting in the 1990’s, as more people began retiring in Arizona and the nursing home population increased, with an unfortunate increase in resident abuse and neglect. In 2001, he brought the first nursing home abuse case to trial in Arizona. He has championed this vulnerable population ever since, representing hundreds of victims of neglect and their families; people who had suffered pressure ulcers (bedsores), infections, malnourishment and dehydration, falls with injury, medication errors, and all other types of injuries that occur in nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. Micheal has spoken to local and national seminars on these topics. His tireless efforts have resulted in hundreds of settlements and several large verdicts, including a trial in 2016 for the family of a woman who had died at a nursing home after not being given food for five days.

Working side by side with his father, Lincoln Wright has focused on elder injury cases since being admitted to the State Bar in 1999. He has developed expertise in laws governing hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, as well as the business side of healthcare facilities, including management and operations, budgets and understaffing, poor staff training, and poor staff supervision. These problems often lead to common injuries from nursing neglect: bedsores, falls, malnutrition, dehydration, and infection.
